I haven’t seen anyone post a build for this yet, so I thought I’d put mine up.

Exit Leviathan Pits into Silent Surf. Take the right path. There’s a guardian boss up there, with 2 groups of rot wallows circling him (clockwise). Hug the wall on the left and squeeze in between the groups of rot wallows. Take it slow, don’t aggro the wallows, the guardian will hit you with knockdowns if you draw aggro. As long as you hug the wall you’ll be safe. After getting past them sprint down the hill, staying left to avoid the patrol of outcasts that are coming your way.

Now for the annoying part. There are mobs patrolling everywhere. You’ll want to clear the area by getting them to fight each other (outcasts vs. rockhides/leviathans). There’s no good way to explain it, you’ll need to get out there and get a feel for how they move. The first thing you want to do after getting down the hill is cross the coral, then inch out until you see another group of outcasts and then a group of rockhides. Then stop and wait for them to fight each other. You want the rockhides to wipe out the outcasts, then have Sentasi wipe out the rockhides. If you go out too far you’ll trigger Sentasi to move in and he’ll start killing the rockhides before they’ve had a chance to kill the other outcast groups. When Sentasi appears you’ll want to try luring his group to help kill off the rockhides, and get some his of guys killed in the process. Sentasi is pretty tough, he can take on most groups out there solo, so there’s not much need to worry about him. But it’s a good idea to try to get his rit killed, it likes to through up displacement, and the resulting lack of adrenaline will prolong the killing. If Sentasi ends up fighting Razorjaw’s mob there might be trouble, but he usually smears them. If you see his health running low try to lure more outcasts into the fray. There’s usually a group of them nearby. Once you’ve cleared the area enough to feel comfortable that no surprise patrols will be popping up you can start kicking his ass. You don’t even need to clear too large an area, once you get an idea of where the mobs are and how they move you’ll be able to figure out what to do.

The main problem with Sentasi is that he uses heal sig like it’s heroin. That’s where ignorance comes in, total shutdown of heal sig. Don’t be surprised if you die at some point while luring mobs. When the rockhides you’re pulling start chaining gale and the outcasts you’re leading them to hit you with cripple, there’s not much you can do. It’s not that big a deal, just make your way back there and finish the job. Even with 2 or 3 others with him he can be taken down, but obviously you’ll need to be more careful. There were some other things i wanted to mention, but i can't remember them right now.
